Last but not least, more trunks, pasta and gas masks. | PLAGIAI, UBI
Shadows. Bodies. Gas Masks. This play was awesome. | PLAGIAI, UBI
There’s something about… not Mary, but a trunk. | PLAGIAI, UBI.
PLAGIAI, by UBI, was all about exploring the senses, and sins. I liked how they used multimedia throughout the scenes.
A scene of the Hypnos’ singer and his groupies/minions. He was singing something from Tom Waits, if I recall correctly - in playback. :P
The final scene. | Hypnos, 2009.
There was some dancing involved in this play, as Hypnos was both the name of the play and the name of a sort of B-side cabaret spot, within the play. This is one of my favourite shots from those dancing scenes.
More shots of that fantastic scene with chantilly and strawberry mousse. | Hypnos, 2009. CITAC.
This spectacular scene had strob lights going all the time. The “minions” were feeding “the dominatrix” chantilly, I believe. It was mesmerizing.
A part of the foot licking scene, in colours. | Hypnos, 2009.
This scene was amazing. I had the opportunity to shoot this play twice and on the second day I tried to discern if the actor really licked her foot. Well, I can’t be 100% sure of this, but I do believe his tongue felt the taste of this actress’s foot.
